Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented customer success manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to ensure that Wevo Energy’s customers and partners are onboarded and fully supported post-contract signing. As the EV charging market continues to surge, this role will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and establishing Wevo Energy as a leading provider of innovative EV charging software in the North American market.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding: Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding charge point operators, installers, EV infrastructure partners and EV charging turnkey providers onto the Wevo platform, including account setup, training and support.
  • Partner Support: Serve as Tier 3 support, providing advanced investigation and deep familiarization with the system. Work with the global team to quickly resolve issues and raise flags on system bugs and feature requests.
  • End Customer Support: Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 driver and system admin support for ongoing operations, including troubleshooting and driving issues to resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deployment Management: Lead and support EV charging project deployments by providing remote support and guidance to properties, site hosts and partners, including site setup, charger configuration and training.

Position is fully REMOTE, however, you must be able to work 9am – 5pm PST.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles, commissioning hardware on software platforms, preferably in the EV charging, telecom or energy industry
  • Knowledge of EV charging standards such as OCPP and reporting on SaaS platforms is strongly desired
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for electric vehicles and sustainability
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
