Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Take ownership of features and projects from inception to deployment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in existing systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 7 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Java or equivalents.
• Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex software systems, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality software iteratively and incrementally.
